"I contacted a few different landscaping companies, including JAE Tree Service. They were the first to respond and were stuck with the scheduled time to come to our house to check the requested job. We walked through each of my requests one by one. We scheduled a time to remove three giant pine trees and an oak tree, trim five trees, and remove three stumps. They called a few times to confirm the day/time for the job. They showed up early (as early as 7 AM) on the day of the job- a very professional and friendly crew. They walked me through how they were going do the job, how long it takes to finish, and more- very informative. Cutting and pruning completed in one day, and they left after cleaning all the dirt/wood particles and dust from the driveway. The next morning, they came back to finish the stump grinding with the same friendly and professional attitude. Again cleaned all the mess from the driveway and even from the porch. Their equipment is suitable for the job, and highly recommend them. Will use them also for the full landscaping of our backyard in the fall."
